Website heat maps provide information on how users interact with a page. These tools provides clues about what to improve on your site, such as text and images that users click but are not hyper-linked and which links get no clicks.

There are two tools within website heat maps:

• Click Maps show where visitors are clicking and provide insight on what visitors think are clickable images and text even if it's not intentional. From a quick glance, you can see what's attracting more activity and user attention.
  
  
• Click Metrics show website heat map click data on selected areas of the page including images, hyperlinks, text and buttons. Now you can measure the true value of each element on your page and use the space wisely.
